Josh weaves together different therapeutic techniques, and draws from expertise in mindfulness, positive psychology, conflict-resolution, social-emotional learning, and yoga. He has over 15 years of related experience in education, including training mental health professionals in trauma-informed practices, as well as how to develop coping skills personally and with young people. His breadth of experience enables him to develop a tailored plan for you in order to deepen awareness of thoughts and behaviors, explore the effects of the past, and reinforce the mind-body connection.
Josh supports individuals, couples and families in moving through life with more ease, connection and resilience. And specializes in working with men with anxiety and depression, couples, LGBTQ+ communities, and adolescents.
Josh will support you to improve your day-to-day, developing coping skills for immediate relief while looking at the long-term roots of patterns you want to dislodge. It will be hard work, but will be worth the effort. And he will be a nonjudgmental, engaged, interactive, and empathetic partner along the way.
