As a Licensed Social Worker, Rachel has enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for many years. Her experience as a case manager, school social worker, in-home clinician, and group home therapist has given her various perspectives on how to help people from all walks of life.

Rachel approaches therapy by using a Person-Centered approach along with Motivational Interviewing to meet her clients where they are in their journey in order to help them gain the most from therapy sessions. She provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients.

She finds that Cognitive-Behavioral therapy opens up the door for clients to see alternative perspectives and prompt self-reflection.

Rachel is skilled with addressing trauma, self-esteem challenges, social and family relationships, teaching interpersonal skills, forming healthy coping skills, reframing thoughts, and decreasing impulsive behaviors. Rachel believes that everyone can achieve the changes they desire wherever they are in life.
