I describe myself as a warm and nurturing therapist and pride myself on being a great advocate for my clients. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I am perinatal mental health trained and trained in Parental Identity Discovery.

I can help with a variety of family situations including non-paternal events and parental identity discovery, individuals trying to conceive, infertility, new moms navigating their motherhood journey, and those suffering PMADs. I also work with adolescents with school-related struggles and I have experience working with anxiety, ADHD, and grief.
